  4. En un bowl batir los huevos y la calabaza hasta incorporar muy bien, añadir el aceite y mezclar hasta incorporar.
  5. Agregar poco a poco los secos a la mezcla de calabaza y mezclar a baja velocidad sólo hasta que ya no queden restos de harina.
  6. Verter la mezcla al molde elegido previamente engrasado y enharinado. Hornear a 170º C por 35-40 minutos o hasta que al introducir un palillo éste salga seco.
  7. Cuando esté listo deja reposar unos 10 a 15 minutos antes de desmoldar.
