Ponemos a hervir los frijolitos con los que vamos a acompañar nuestro plato, en un sartén calentamos un poquito de aceite y medio freí os unos chiles de árbol para acompañar, estos van muy bien con el plato, los sacamos rápido, no debe pasar más de 1 minuto porque luego se amargan, ya en el plato les ponemos sal al gusto.
  7. Agregamos el queso y no mezclamos, apagamos la mecha y dejamos reposar unos 3 minutos, servimos sin mezclar y agarrando por un ladito para que no se bata el queso.
