Llevamos una olla al fuego, esperamos a que se caliente, agregamos un poco de aceite, esperamos a que esté caliente, freímos la cebolla, agregamos el ajo, los dientes de elote cuando han cambiado de color, agregamos el jitomate, ya que ha sazonado el jitomate, continuamos con las calabazas, el epazote, sal, consomé de pollo y los chiles limpios y picados, hasta que estén suaves, esto nos tomará aproximadamente 45 minutos, recuerda que estamos cocinando a fuego lento.
  5. Vamos a dorar la carne, ponemos un sartén al fuego cuando está caliente agregamos aceite y esperamos a que esté caliente para comenzar a dorar la carne.
