- Pelar la calabaza y cortarla en cubos. Pelar y cortar las cebollas en cubos o en rodajas, como prefieras (yo lo hice en rodajas)
- Colocar en una asadera para horno la calabaza, las cebollas, los ajos y los condimentos. Rociar con aceite y llevar a horno fuerte precalentado hasta que este tierno y si está dorado mucho mejor. 
- Acá te muestro como me quedo a mi, está tierna 
- Colocar en un recipiente pisar los ajos para que se integren bien a la calabaza que también podés pisar, agregar el ligue de huevos y los cubitos de queso fresco. Antes de ponerla sobre la masa de tarta llevala al horno por unos 8 minutos para que no te quede cruda la masa ya que es bastante húmeda. 
- No tiene que estar dorada la masa es apenas una pequeña pasada previa por el horno. Ahora sí volcar la preparación sobre la masa y rallar por encima queso rallado. Llevar a horno hasta que gratine y lista para comer😉
