  5. En otra cazuela metemos la calabaza embarrada de manteca de cerdo, espolvoreamos azúcar y sal, un poco de la marinada del lomo y metemos media hora al horno, luego la sacamos volteamos los gajos de calabaza y metemos de nuevo y cocinamos media hora más.
  6. Molemos la marinada con masa y cocemos a fuego lento, con esta sala servimos el lomo con la calabaza, rociamos con tequila al emplatar o servir.
  7. Si se desea embarra el lomo con tequila y azúcar, de nuevo metemos al horno para caramelizar.
