- Hervir en agua hirviendo con un chorrito de aceite, hasta cocinar. Pruébalos, cocción a gusto. Ya que las pastas hay a quién les gusta muy cocidas y a otros más vale precocidas solamente.
- Para la salsa de tomate. Pollo o carne.
- Corta bien finitas las cebollas, morrón y ajo. Rehaoga en un chorrito de aceite.
- Agregar pollo, carne o carne picada.
- Revolver 5 minutos y agregar tómate al natural.
- Condimentar a gusto y agregar una taza de agua caliente.
- Dejar cocinar a fuego lento por una hora, revolviendo cada tanto. Si se consume se puede ir agregando chorritos de agua.
- Hecha la salsa, se ponen a hervir los ñoquis.
- Una vez cocinados se cuelan se pasan a una fuente y agregas la salsa encima.
