- Hola!!! Cómo va?? Te cuento es re- fácil y sanita....primero rallas la zanahoria más la calabaza y pones en un bowl junto a la harina - la clara y demás condimentos
- Mezcĺas- no necitas amasar- y dejás reposar un ratito....
- Luego le das forma de pizza- sobre tu asadera- ( yo le puse spray por debajo😉....y dejás un buen rato hasta que se dore por debajo y haga piso....
- A los cherrys los corté al medio- los puse en una sartén con un poco de oliva y la cda de axúcar más un toquf de pimienta y sal.... por últi.o agregué las hojitas de albahaca- Cuando ví que estaban tiernos retiré del fuego
- Por último.. ponés el queso cortado en cuadraditos - cuando derritió agregas las hojas de rúcula - frescas y limpias más los tomatitos - y las semillas y aceitunas por emcima¡! Sólo queda disfrutarla! Te la recomiendo un montón!........❤
